CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW POLICY

• You must give 24 hours notification if you want to cancel your appointment. Failure to do so will result in a fee of 30% of the cost of the service you booked.

• If you do not cancel and do not keep your appointment you will be charged a fee of 50% of the cost of the service you booked.

• If you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment, I will not have time to complete the service and you will be charged a no-show fee of 50% of the cost of the service you booked.

• I try to accommodate everyone, so if you know you cannot keep your appointment, and cannot change it online, please contact me in advance and I will do my best to reschedule to a more convenient time.
